I’ve mentored many incredible small business owners who are deeply skilled at what they do. Yet fear, uncertainty, and hidden mindset blocks can make business feel far harder than it needs to be, slowing momentum and business growth. I understand this deeply because I’ve been there too.
After 25+ years in corporate leadership, I stepped into entrepreneurship and built a business that looked successful on the outside. But behind the scenes, hidden mindset blocks were quietly running the show. And little by little… they dimmed my spark. Until my body stepped in.
My nervous system shut down. I experienced debilitating anxiety and a blood pressure rollercoaster that landed me in the emergency room. Doctors warned I was on the express train to a stroke or heart attack. That moment cracked me open and changed everything.
I began doing the deep inner work. I study. I heal. I cleared the patterns that had been quietly keeping me stuck.
I start volunteering my time as a mindset mentor and one truth became crystal clear… When you transform your mindset and your energy, you transform your business and your life. Rapidly.
And that’s how my mission to support small business owners with their mindset and energy on a deeper soul level, and the Cheerfulpreneur® mindset philosophy was born. It’s about becoming your own biggest cheerleader in business by ditching the ‘shoulds’, the self-doubt, the comparison, to create a business that feels expansive, energising, and deeply aligned with YOU.
My own business journey taught me that your mindset is the most profitable investment you can make in your small business, because strategy doesn’t grow a business. Self-belief does.
